March Madness: Triple Stretch Routine

This lower body stretch routine is great for injury prevention and can be done fluidly from the first stretch to the last.
Perfect for athletes, as well as everyone else. 

Lower Body Stretch Routine

Hamstrings

Tips: keep your back straight and head in a neutral position. Reach only until you feel a good stretch and stop if the stretch is painful.
​Hold for 30s twice.

Hip Flexors & Quads

Tips: keep back straight and neck neutral once.
Balancing in this position might be difficult, so you can perform near a wall to help with balance.
Hold for 30s twice.
​

Adductors & Glutes

Tips: keep back straight and head neutral. This stretch could target either glutes or adductors of the leg in front.
Hold for 30s twice
